Kyle Communications built a credible and trusted brand for Project Responsible Alcohol Distribution (Project RAD) by uniting community advocates and retailers. The statewide education effort relied on video, narrative storytelling, online tools, research and electronic communications to tell thousands of targeted Hoosiers – in simple terms – about the complicated issues related to alcohol regulations. The controversial topic often splits stakeholder groups who cannot agree on the smallest of policy nuances. Through scores of public records requests and an intimate knowledge of government operations, we cut through the clutter to bring diverse sectors real-time news call-to-action information.
Results: The efforts won national praise from the American Beverage Licensees and resulted in Hoosier retailers taking the lead in advocating for safer and more responsible sales policies.
